| Our same-day-review policy is a standard addition to both the certification and recertification exams we offer. It is designed to offer the fastest turn-around for individuals who need their exam results and digital provider card sent the same day. This service is initiated after the applicant completes and submits their answers from either exam. Exam submissions sent after the designated time for a particular day will be graded and sent the following day.
Same-Day-Review Policy
Monday-Friday:
Exams submitted before 12:00pm PST will be graded the same day. The applicant will receive a response and possible digital provider card before 7:00pm PST the same day.
Exams submitted after 12:00pm PST will be graded the following day and a response and possible digital provider card will be sent the same day.
Saturday and Sunday:
Exams may be submitted any time Saturday and on Sunday before 5:00pm PST to receive weekend review. The applicant will receive a response and possible digital provider card before 7:00pm PST on Sunday.
Please Note: If an applicant receives a score less than the required /8.jpg0% to pass the exam, they may retake the exam immediately or at their own pace. Exam retakes that are submitted the same day the first attempt was sent must also be completed before the designated time in order to receive our same-day-review. To ensure you receive your provider card the same day, our staff encourages you to finish the exam as early as possible so that you may have the option to retake the test and still receive the same-day-review. |
